VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE

Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 28. Maceration on the skins for 20 days

In steel vats

MATURATION AND REFINEMENT

In oak vats of Allier 25/30ql. and Tonneaux for at least 2 years. In bottle for at least 8 months.

DESCRIPTION

This wine owes its name to the initials of the three Rosati brothers: Riccardo, Valerio and Leonardo. A ruby red color, it is characterized by its structure and its scent. It goes well with pasta dishes, roast red meat and cheese.
