Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 28. Maceration on the skins for 12/15 days

In steel vats

MATURATION AND REFINEMENT

In Allier oak vats of 25/30 ql. for at least 15 months. In bottle for at least 3 months

DESCRIPTION

This wine owes its name to the initials of the three brothers Rosati; Riccardo, Valerio and Leonardo. Ruby red in color, it is characterized by its freshness and scent. It goes well with pasta dishes, roast red meat and cheese.
